Hello everyone and thank you for showing an interest in the American Criminal Justice Association - Lambda Alpha Epsilon, local chapter here at AIU Dunwoody.

My name is Jemel Townsend and I am the Immediate Past President of Alpha Omega Xi the local chapter of The American Criminal Justice Association - Lambda Alpha Epsilon.

Alpha Omega Xi is an organization designed to help and facilitate success for the students in the Criminal Justice Program at AIU-Dunwoody.  This website will provide interested students with the information that they will need to find out more about the organization and how to become a member.  It will also provide members with up to date information on what is happening within the organization.

Alpha Omega Xi has a tutoring program for any student enrolled in the Criminal Justice Program.  This program is not exclusive to members, so if you are not a member of Alpha Omega Xi, but you are a student in the Criminal Justice Program, you can still participate.  If you are having problems with any of your classes please contact the Executive Board of Alpha Omega Xi at alphaomegaxi@hotmail.com and place Tutoring program in the subject line.

Alpha Omega Xi is dedicated to the success of the students at AIU.  One of the most important goals of this organization is to promote the professionalism of the Criminal Justice field.  The only way that we can achieve this goal is to insure that the students of AIU graduate with a degree in this field.  We hope that any student who needs help will take advantage of this program.

To find out more about this organization please contact any Executive Board member or attend our bi-weekly meetings held on Mondays at 12:15 pm in the F.A.T.S. (Firearms Training Simulator) Lab.  Please go the "This Week at Alpha Omega Xi" page to find out about our Night Committee that will provide meetings for night and afternoon students who cannot attend the meetings on Mondays.  We want to make sure that this organization is open to all students.  For specific contact information you can go to the "Contact Us" page.  We hope to see you all in our chapter meetings and hope that you will choose to become a member of Alpha Omega Xi.

Thank you all and good luck.
